Small boobs are hot when they come attached to a toned athletic body. Large boobs usually either means fake (attention whore) or a fat body. As boobs afterall are made up of body fat. The shape of a B cup is much more attractive then a saggy D (gravity has it's effects over time). It's a rare thing when you find a toned body with real large breasts.
Don't wish for bigger, embrace what you got. You got better boobs then the fatties, and are on a par with the fakes (but probably have a better personality). I'd hit it.
