Wow I'm 5'2 and when I get down to 100 pounds I look skinny instead of fit and this is why I like to stay between 105-108. 1-5 pounds can make a huge difference on a short person like Kim and I. I would think you would weigh more if you were toned because muscle weighs more than fat.
