And as far as him "getting big fast" - yeah, it's pretty easy when you have a promotion team working round the clock to get your stuff out there and all sorts of designers working to make you look cool.
My friend designed some of his early promotions and it was a full-on campaign to make him a "Star". Completely fabricated.
This guy is an a**hole and a retard. His dad tried to get my friend to help him design a concept for a store in New York City that would sell, guess what - WATER. They wanted to call it G.O.O.D. Water and have a whole store full of bottles of plastic water. Thank God it never went far enough to happen. We already have enough useless shit.
The problem is that this country loves to suck up the next big and it has little to nothing to do with actual talent - just enough people that can make a buck.
I'll get over myself, but you should open your eyes. It's been sold to you - thanks for buying, it keeps me in business.
