Everytime I watch the twilight fandom, I weep for my generation and the subsequent.

I can honestly say I'm a twilight fan, but I've never ever felt the need to be this... insane. If I saw the cast, my first question wouldn't be "Will you marry me?", or "will you bite me?", and I'd probably laugh at anyone who did ask either of those, because... it's weird. How can they not see that it's so, so weird?

In fact, whenever I see these interviews and hear about the antics of the "Twilighters", I cannot fathom why so many girls think it's necessary to push their "fanlove" to this ridiculous and insane level. I am a Twilight fan, I love the books. but I do agree with who said these fans are insane. I read the books, saw the movie, sported my tee at school (yes, I'm still in high school) but I wouldn't be so crazy if I saw them. "BITE MEEE! MARRY MEE!" No thanks.
