It's nice to see Jennifer Aniston still making the headlines, especially after her break up with Brad. I'm not sure she's ever really recovered from all that's happened.

Regardless, she's looking as good as she ever did. Growing up with her during all the years she was on Friends certainly played a part in wanting her to do well for herself.

Perhaps one day we'll all get to share and see her once a week as we used to when Friends was still the number one show on Thursday nights.

Brad wanted to start a family and Jennifer did not. Jennifer was probably worried that she would lose her freedom and figure having babies. Now Brad has his family and Jennifer has her freedom, figure, and no Brad.

Possibly the lips were done... but really, I think she had cheek injections. When she was younger (but not way young), she had a pretty full face. If you recall, she usually has a very defined face... kind of boxy. You can usually see the definition in her face and especially her jawline. She definitely had cheek implants/injections of some sort.

Also look up EDEMA (fluid retention) and swelling of the face. Without examining her I can't be sure but, she looks to be suffering from mild edema, her abdomen seems a little swollen too.

A number of things can cause edema such as; too much salt, laxatives, menses, humidity and heat and some VERY serious medical complications etc… This does not look like the work of plastic surgery. This is the classic image of facial edema; it happens regularly to all people and is not serious.
