Lindsay's legal problems aren't anywhere as serious as some people are claiming. The first DUI charge is so weak that I think the only reason they went forward is fear of some sort of Paris Hilton like backlash. No way the prosecution prevails at trial. This second case is starting to look just as bad. This witness is crazy and uses the phrase "what is HE doing"- important since now Lindsay's friends are claiming somebody else was driving. Probably not true, but if one of the guys in the car testifies he was the driver, she's off scott free. The cociane was somebody else's defense won't fly, but that's a minor charge that will just net her some gay arse drug propaganda classes compliments of the California Taxpayer (oh, how I love our war on drugs). So things really aren't that bad, but in a way, they are. I hope this incident highlights for Lindsay the fact that she needs to fire and replace every person on her team. Her publicist is complete joke who seems to genuinely despise Lindsay. Her lawyer was out yesterday making statements against Lindsay's own interest. Her business manager and agent are gettin her involved in crap projects. Her Dad is a crook and her Mom is a leech. #24 I gotta disagree with you here. The first DUI wasn't "weak" - she was well over the legal limit AND underage. Her arrest also resulted in an automatic suspension of her license. Then less than 60 days later she's booked driving over the limit, in possession of a controlled substance, driving on a suspended license and menacing the driver in front of her. If there hadn't been such a stink about Paris Hilton driving on her suspended license and trying to avoid time this might blow over, but that's probably not going to happen here because everyone is watching. The time she does in rehab will count against any possible jail time, but I think she'll be wearing orange, primarily for the DUIs. And she should, too. She can't drive for shit when she's sober - she's lucky that she hasn't killed anyone while tanked yet!

I am a 911 dispatcher. so #1 fuck yall that put down dispatchers because dealing with hysterical screaming people that arent listening is the hardest thing in the world. That woman's reaction is not uncommon. Kudos and props to that dispatcher. The reason why he kept asking her for her location is because he was relaying the information to the radio dispatcher so the police knew where the car was and where it was heading. People just need to shut up, listen, and answer the questions. If you'll notice the woman never even told the dispatcher when she actually made it to police HQ, he had to confirm with the responding units that they were on scene because she wouldnt stop screaming.

It sounds stupid from here because we are just hearing her not paying attention to an important question but we don't see what else is going on or understand the affect of her panicing.

If you (and #47) are indeed a 911 dispacher, you just proved that most of you are douchebags. I've heard a few operators who managed to stay completely calm and did an amazing job.
That was damn amateur. NOT the kind of person who will put a panicing person at ease, you know to expect callers like that. Your job is (supposed to be) to get them to calm down, stay calm yourself and not show any emotion as you get the details. The guy was clearly pissed off and that is unprofessional.

If the police officer had actually LISTENED to her when she was trying to tell him where they were, the whole issue could have been avoided. She was trying to tell him what street she was one, but he kept interrupting in that annoyed tone "Ma'am, I need to know where you are."
