well, biatcho, next time you go to a club, be sure to tell the DJ that. or maybe you don't go to clubs or have any kind of social life. yeah, there are asshat DJs, but you can't bash a whole profession that makes people dance and have a good time. as a DJ with a day job, i have to give respect to those who make it their main source of income (though to really make it you have to either produce and / or have good luck / connections. shit, what do YOU do for a living?

Well Mr. Sunshine, being that I hate the club scene I prefer to keep away from them and the guidos & guidettes that frequent them. I prefer to go to bars with friends, play the jukebox & be able to have a conversation with people. Also, being married I don't have to go to a meat market club to try to find someone, but to each his own. So while I can respect your need to justify your existence by playing awful music for lame people to make them feel good, you should also respect my opinion that I think they're all losers. Instead of coming on here & saying "fuck you" to a bunch of strangers because they don't like your 2nd job.

DJs are a necessary fact of club life but are below bartenders in my opinion and just a cut above the wait staff.

It might be hard work but so is busing tables -- it takes about the same amount of talent to do either job.
