Despite having his license suspended for three years after the 2007 drag-racing crash that left his best friend John Graziano in a vegetative state with a giant hole in his head, Nick Hogan is allowed behind the wheel again but only to and from work with "no exceptions," according to TMZ. Because he wouldn't possibly speed then and try to compensate for a small penis. No way.
Wait. Back up a second. To and from work? Since when does Nick Hogan work? I didn't realize spending his dad's money and listening to an iPod constituted a vocation. But, hey, I'm sure he's learned his lesson. Or will after the next crash. Seriously, for real this time. Promise.

Oct 21 2008Nick Hogan released after 166 days in jail
Nick Hogan was released from Pinellas County jail early this morning after serving only 166 days in jail. He was sentenced to eight months for a felony charge of reckless driving that left his friend John Graziano in a permanent vegetative state. In the meantime, Nick's big sister Brooke couldn't wait for him to get out and blogged about it on her MySpace page yesterday. I'm going to assume she typed this with her chin because I'm awesome:
Hey you guys...as you all know, my brothers gettin out tomorrow...I cant even tell you, as a sister, how exciting this is for me! Nick and I are like best friends...and i cant believe how long Ive gone without him.... Not seeing him for 6 months has been really really hard. He always knows how to make me feel better or make me smile when I need it, and its been tough without having him there to hug me just at the right time, or crack a joke when im havin a bad day.
There have been a lot of supporters and a lot of haters that have come up to me and said things that have helped and things that made me feel like I couldn't make it through another day... Some people wish terrible terrible things on us and say the the most nasty comments that I can't even repeat on here... It really hurts. I understand people have their own opinion, but most of the people that come up to us don't know the whole story, or how much we really really love John. Its really sad, because were not bad people....were just going through a really hard time, and so is John's family. I feel sorry for the people who are misinformed because all they have to go off of is the media, which lets just face it, is NEVER a reliable source. Even the news, when that should be the most accurate...its probably the most far off. I didn't come on here to vent, and I know this still wont change peoples opinion or what they think about my family. But I know that you never really know, until you actually walk in someones shoes. And that goes in all directions. All I ask, is instead of making this harder, and putting evil things out there, you pray for John and for us, and leave words of inspiration. I know- like I know -like I know- John is gonna walk out of that hospital and things will be ok again. I know his strength and I know he can do it with our prayers...... To all the people who have been supportive- It has helped MORE than you will ever know. I can not thank you enough.....Please pray for my brothers safety too... this is a really tough time he has gone through and I know all he wants to do is show you, John and his family how much he cares and understands.
ok. Back to the happy stuff! .......I just can't wait to see my Nicky! Im gonna make him every kind of food you can possibly think of! Hes been living on bread an potatoes so far and I know some mac'n'cheese is gonna hit the spot! LOL Thanks so much for listening and keep praying! Every day will be better and better and better. Sep 24 2008Nick Hogan's getting out of jail early
Nick Hogan is getting three months knocked off his jail sentence and will be a free man before Halloween. He was serving eight months after a car accident that left his best friend John Graziano in a coma with a massive hole in his head. TMZ reports:
Nick's being released from Pinellas County Jail on Oct. 21, three months short of the eight-month sentence he got for felony reckless driving. His early release is for good behavior.
Well, I'm sure Nick's learned his lesson. In fact, the next time he drag races drunk, he's totally making his passenger wear a seat belt.

Linda Hogan visited Pinellas County Prison yesterday for her son Nick's 18th birthday. Knowing the TV cameras would be there, Linda brought a gift: A skateboard from, I'm assuming, the nearest Wal-Mart. Really? Wow. Because, ignoring the fact Nick's legally a man and these people are loaded, he's sort of in jail where blunt wheeled objects are frowned upon. Though, to Linda's credit, at least she abandoned her initial gift idea of a puppy with a handgun.

Nick Hogan/Bollea turns 18 on Sunday, and it looks like he's all set to receive a special birthday corn-holing. Dreams do come true! TMZ reports:
Bollea, who has been housed with other juveniles at Pinellas County Jail, will be moved to an adult facility on Sunday, aka his 18th birthday. It's an open dormitory type of setting where he'll be in close contact with other adult inmates. The inmates are either awaiting sentencing or have already been sentenced in cases ranging from misdemeanors to felonies.
If Nick's lucky, he remembered some wrestling moves his dad taught him. Particularly the "Take Lots of Roids to Shrink your Nuts" maneuver. That way you can get hit there all day and won't feel a thing. I don't exactly know how that'll prevent the butt sex, but I've completely tapped all my interest in Nick's well being. So, who wants donuts?

The Graziano family has released video footage of John Graziano's daily rehabilitation in the hospital. We've all known he's been in a coma and has a hole in a head, but no one mentioned how freaking huge the hole is. The footage appeared on Nancy Grace midweek with the hole pixelated and, well, uh, I just saw the unpixelated version. It's goddamn insane and really puts Hulk Hogan's "God wants John in a coma to make him a better person" comment in a whole other light. A bright, bleached, asinine "Wow, what a dick" light. No wonder the Hulk got death threats from John's brother. In fact, I'm about to give him a death threat:
Terry... you cocksucka... I will pee in your moustache... all your money won't help you now... unless you buy a moustache shield... um... sucker of cocks, Luke, I'm your father.

Dec 19 2007Nick Bollea’s car crash victim opens his eyes
John Graziano, the 22-year-old passenger in Hulk Hogan’s son Nick Bollea’s car the day it crashed, has opened his eyes and is semi-conscious, according to Tampa Bay’s 10 News:
He still can’t breathe without a machine and can’t speak, but recently, he has shown some signs of improvement.
Graziano leaned away from his mother as she tried to touch his face recently, she said.
Awesome. Now Hulk Hogan’s lawyers can get to work investigating why John Graziano’s lack of a seatbelt is a more heinous crime than drag-racing drunk. I even hear the Hulk is trying to pin his divorce on it as well. The only problem is no one has seen the seatbelt since the crash. Though my trusted sources within the Pentagon claim it was last spotted in the mountains of Afghanistan leading an Al Qaeda training camp.
