Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom of the Lakers are reportedly getting married, according to People:
It's been about a month since Khloe Kardashian and L.A. Lakers forward Lamar Odom began dating, but the couple plan to marry, and are currently planning their wedding, two sources confirm to PEOPLE.
E! News reported Thursday night that Khloe, 25, and her basketball beau, 29, have recently been "talking about rings."
Wow, Kim has to feel awesome. While she's sitting around taking assless vanity shots of herself, one sister's pregnant and now the other one's getting married. Well, you know what would trump both of these two? Getting pregnant, waiting six months, then filming a sex tap- HOOOOORRRRF. I couldn't even write it. Now, quick, somebody burn my brain. Here's Britney Spears wearing what appears to be an engagement ring while walking around LA Saturday. So someone explain to me how a person who's been declared mentally unsound by the state can get engaged? Isn't that kind of like Jason Trawick walked into the psych ward and picked himself out a bride with promises of cake? Also, how's the wedding night going to work if her dad has to approve every decision?
JASON: *picks up phone* Hello, Jamie? It's Jason. Listen, we're at the honeymoon suite. Would you mind if I had went ahead and had sex with your daughter now?

Christina Ricci and Owen Benjamin have called off their engagement, according to People:
"Owen had a birthday party this past Sunday, and everything seemed fine. Sometime after, they got into a fight and decided to reevaluate things. [Then] the engagement was off," says a source close to the couple.
Another source close to the actress says the pair called off the engagement before last week. "They really are still close," adds the source. "They talk almost every day. It was a very mature decision and they both felt good about it. They're definitely still friends."
I'm sure they'll be fine. In the meantime, anyone notice how Christina's always carrying a can of Coke? I guess caffeine really does stunt your growth. *looks at coffee mug* So you're why my penis is so small MADE OF DIAMONDS.

Cynthia Nixon is engaged to her long-time girlfriend Christine Marinoni, according to Access Hollywood:
According to the source, the "Sex and The City" star told the crowd at the Love, Peace and Marriage Equality rally in New York City, that she became engaged last month.
"I think we would definitely [get married] if it became legal in New York," Cynthia told Access' Shaun Robinson in an interview last year. "I don't really want to get married to get married pretend. I think we'd like to do it in a real, actual, legal way that the state would recognize."
Someone help me out here. Based on my understanding, lesbians are supposed to be attracted to women. So why do they always end up dating ones that look like men? Or is the vagina the ultimate trump card here? "Sure, she looks like my brother, but hey, no penis. High five!"

Christina Ricci and her boyfriend Owen Benjamin are engaged, according to People:
Ricci, 29, met Benjamin on the set of their film All's Faire in Love last year and went public with their relationship in October. Most recently, they were spotted cozying up at the Nobu West Hollywood's one-year anniversary party last week.
This marks the first time an elf will marry a giant which, of course, required the written consent of the Gingerbread Guild. Congratulations!

People has confirmed reports that Hayden Christensen and Rachel Bilson are engaged. Because if there's one movie that deserved to spark a real-life romance, it's Jumper. - - Anyone who just agreed with that statement, immediately stop reproducing:
According to a friend of the actress, the two, who costarred in 2008's Jumper, got engaged in December.
"They're so excited," says the pal, adding that no wedding date has been set. "They're a great couple. Rachel seems thrilled beyond belief."
I'm personally ecstatic about this news. What's a worse punishment than marriage for being involved with the Star Wars prequels? Nothing. You can't even beat that.

Mandy Moore has apparently decided to rebound from her breakup with DJ AM by running back to musician Ryan Adams and marrying him. Makes perfect sense. People reports:
Details on the engagement weren't immediately available. Moore, 24, and Adams, 34, had dated off-and-on since March 2008.
Moore, who supported close pal and ex-boyfriend DJ AM in the wake of his plane crash, has also been linked to musician Greg Laswell, tennis star Andy Roddick, and actors Zach Braff and Wilmer Valderrama.
Wow. Is it me or did People magazine basically call Mandy Moore a whore? They might as well have reworded that last paragraph as "Mandy Moore banged a lot of dudes" because that's the message I got. Then again, I got the same message from this morning's Peanuts comic. It's a gift.
