According to some other blogs, these photos are from one photographer who photoshopped all of them. That may be wrong, but that's what a few other people are saying.

This is due to, primarily, a shitty make up artist.

Her concealer prob. has higher levels of titanium oxide in it, which can reflect the flash of some types of cameras. It usually only shows up with more "amateur" cameras.... you can see thing type of thing often enough. Just wouldnt expect to see it on someone like Nicole.
