I am absolutely irate & disgusted with the judge in this case. In case you didn't know, whorehan showed up for court 1 & 1/2 hours late. After speaking with her, the judge gave her an additional year of probation, ordered her to finish her alcohol education classes, and then said "I'm rooting for you". WHAT THE FUCK?

So, let's summarize. The coked out & drunk twat has 2 DUI's, is put on probation and is ordered to complete an alcohol education class. No jailtime, no big fines, nothing. So, the coked out & drunk twat then blows off the alcohol education classes, consistently is seen drinking in bars & at parties, shows up to court 1 & 1/2 hours late and is slapped on the wrist. Then is told by the judge "I'm rooting for you".

This just proves what most of us have suspected for a long time: there's a separate set of laws for celebrities. If any of us normal folk had blown off our probation requirements, and then arrogantly shown up for court 1 & 1/2 hours late, we'd be in jail right now. I hope to god whorehan doesn't arrogantly drive drunk & kill someone; if she does, it's on the judge's head...

Yeah, it's pretty fucked up that she can basically walk into court any time she pleases, and have the judge eating out of her hand. I had a DUI when I was 16, for a single beer and an illegal left turn at 2am with not a single other car on the road except a cop parked in a dark alleyway. If my parents hadn't sprung for a lawyer, the fuckers were going to throw me in juvenile hall for 5 days, give me 1000 hours of community service and take my license until my 21st birthday -- my life would basically have sucked for the next 5 years, AND I WASN'T EVEN FUCKING DRUNK (btw, always get a fucking lawyer). And here is a girl who's basically thrown her entire life away because she's an idiot who doesn't realize she's never going to be anything but average, she does coke up the ass, crashes cars while drunk, basically lives the Hollywood drugged out lifestyle, and gets to shit all over the legal system just because she's been in one decent movie. WTF?????

the second time i messed up probation (b/c of a small reason, like hers) i got 25 days in jail and terminated my probation UNsuccessfully. and it was my first charge ever. total bullshit. but the girl needs help, i just wish her the best. no one deserves the miserable life associated with drugs.
