That is not a third lip on Nicole Kidman, but just some ugly dark lip liner that she is using.
She is starting to look like Candice Bergman though, whom I thought was older than her but I guess not. Her husband is still a real cutie, and he could have done a lot better. He must have been drunk when they met, and then he woke up in the morning, and it was too late.
