Now he wants to delay the divorce so he can take 50% of Kate's earning for a further 3 months. This guy is a total deadbeat loser.

The only reason Jon wants to delay the divorce is so he can take half of Kate's earnings for another 90 days. You don't need to be married to work on your relationship as co-parents, in fact finalizing the divorce will probably help to further that along because all the stress associates with the divorce proceedings will be gone allowing everyone to focus on the new relatinship going forward.

Just because Kate is a mom (even of 8) doesn't mean she can't also have a career. Sure, there will be hired help involved, but how is that any different than other celebrity moms out there? Hell, how is it any different than other high-paying career moms (layers, doctors, businesswomen)? Clearly they're doing it for the $$. I say more power to them.

Of course Kate is promoting herself! Show business is fickle, with good chances she won't make this kind of money again. Might as well strike while the iron's hot. In Kate's situation, she has 8 kids who may go to college one day (about $35K per year for private school x 4 years x 8 kids = over $1.1 million!) - you think Jon will contribute to that? He'll have pissed away all his earnings by then! I see nothing wrong with working the grind now to provide for your kids later. And if she makes enough to pamper herself as well... as long as the kids are set first, then good for her!

I think Kate should do what she has to do. since she needs the money for the children why not have the show as long as it's not hurting the children.
