Less than 48 hours after getting ejected from the property by the cops, Kate Gosselin made nice with Jon for the sake of the money the kids the money. The two of them were cordial while Kate arrived for her visitation time yesterday, but she might not have to pretend for long. RadarOnline is reporting that TLC might be looking to cut Jon loose:
TLC is also extremely unhappy with their Ed Hardy-loving star, sources tell RadarOnline.com exclusively.
One result of that unhappiness is that the network has made a command decision to blur any brand logos that Jon wears on the show. Yes, right now that means Ed Hardy shirts.
The network blurred the shirt logos last week and high-level executives have now decided to make it a policy, RadarOnline.com has learned.
"The relationship between Jon and the network has become very strained," the source told RadarOnline.com.
And, of course, in every divorce people take sides. Jon feels like TLC is taking Kate's side.
The network allowed Kate to do a teary and angry interview with the Today show recently but then canceled Jon's E! interview, as RadarOnline.com reported exclusively.
And while they will never admit it publicly, there has been talk by some executives at TLC about following Kate's lead and divorcing Jon.
Of course, without the show Jon's neverending snizz bonanza will come to an itchy halt which is why he's taken the liberty of injecting himself with eight kids of his own. And everyone thought it was a beer gut. Crafty.

I wouldn't be at all surprised if Jon is deliberately acting like a douche in order to sabotage the show. He wants it taken off the air just as much as the rest of us. His methods leave alot to be desired though.
I'm sick of these two as well. TLC is the most at fault for letting this crap continue. They're gonna milk this show until the bitter end, and that means watching the kids go through therapy as teens.

So, Jon's babysitter spent the night. She didn't sleep in the house with him & the kids!! Kate has tons of folks there to help her. TLC would be VERY stupid to drop Jon from the show, unless they drop the whole damn thing. Without him, they'd just have crazy Kate & her troubled children. NOT entertaining. Wouldn't watch! Jon's the only normal one, who has fought for a normal home life for them.

Enough is enough - they are ordinary people who just happen to have 8 children - not actors or actresses - just ordinary people. Drop them both, let them be on their merry and go their separate ways - it's outrageous how much attention is being given to these peoiple, when we as Americans have so much more important matters to contend with - let the tv show head in another direction - people are getting tired of all this nonsense - cut them off now while the show still has some integrity left. I'm shocked that from what I read yesterday, Jon had hired a 23 yr old Nanny for the kids when he is there. What? Is this for the kids.. or his own self gratification? Yes, he should be taken OFF the show .. til he completely goes thru his midlife crisis! at the very least. Yes, I believe Kate was totally wrong the way she used to treat Jon on camera before ALL this happened to them. BUT he was never man enough to take her aside while the camera's were away .. and say.. listen UP KATE do NOT treat me like that. He would never have told her he wanted out. He had to go sneaking around so that it was splashed all over the papers for Kate to find out. He is NO man, I personally think Kate loves and has the childrens best interest at heart a bit more than Jon does. Although she LOVES her spotlight, and thinks she is a celebrity and should be treated as such. I do feel bad for all the kids.. and surely hope they have gotten Mady the help she needed so badly. If she had honored her husband's request, Jon, during the season finale of last year wherein he stated he did not want to return for taping, they probably could have worked out their issues. I really don't understand whey either of these PARENTS need a nanny when they are with their children. They had them, learn how to care for them!!!
As far as the divorce goes, they are both to fault - it takes two to make it work and two to mess it up. Kate is a controlling bitch and he's a wimp. They both let this show and the money allow them to loose the real meaning of family.
IF FOX makes the single wacky Octomom get rich out of her ploy of have these children without a husband or job, let her sink. Get a grip people.

Let's say that the network did drop the show because of their marital turmoil, Kate can either continue promoting her books and doing talk shows etc... or go back to her job as a nurse. I think Kate has let the money go to her head....I use to watch the show but become a bit too much watching her nagging everytime you turn around and you could tell it was wearing on Jon emotionally..she always treated him like one of the kids..the more the money was coming in, the more of a personality change...She lives above and beyond her true means and when it all comes down crashing around her...she will see....while Jon is trying to live a somewhat typical normal life.

I don't watch the show because it kills me that these people have 8 beautiful children, and are exploiting them all because of the mighty buck! I couldn't have children, and seeing something like this unfold really pains me. Having said that, just a thought here, if TLC DOES cut Jon from the show, he can legally go to court to stop his kids from being on it too. You say that he allowed it in the first place, and thus has no grounds to object, true, BUT (there's always a but people), he can turn it around by saying, "Yes, I did allow the camera's to be in my children's life, but I was there too to protect them, now I'm not!" I don't respect either one of these parents from what I've seen, and read (and yes, I know that the show, and what we read could be a distorted reality), but if I was Jon, that's the route I'd take. I'd say that 98 percent of Judges in this country (the world even) are loath to side with anyone against a child if it could harm them in any way...just a thought.

No matter how Kate treated Jon, he is apparently making such poor choices which will hinder these children emotionally. TLC made them enough money to live a very nice life to support these kids....Kate should make up with her family....take the kids to Church, sell their tremendous house and stay in the background now. It would be so horrible for the children to see Jon with other women...it's disgusting. The older twins know how to read and their friends families now might not want their children playing with them knowing what's going on now. Such a shame.

Why is it that these people are paid so highly, extra homes, fancy cars, designer clothing, while doing NOTHING??? TLC made this mess, and they need to stop it now. Kate needs to go back to nursing, jon needs to get a real job, and they need to share parenting and the costs of raising children. For two people doing it correctly i would be happy to help out with my tax money. They would not have a dime if it was not for having all of those children, and of that money, 80% of it should go to their college and other future needs, not these crazy expenditures. It was okay for the home and van because that is what the family needed, but other than that? Craziness! I am a licensed social worker making practically nothing working with abused women, my husband is a IT manager, we have three children including a set of twins. And they are super cute!!! Where's our show? Ha, Ha, never in a million years would I do that!

I have followed this show both on TV & in the news. I think that Kate is the one who should be dropped from the show--she is always traveling & Jon is the devoted parent always being there. Kate is just a face & takes advantage of everything to do with the program--tummy tuck, travel to be on TALK shows & book promotions. Why not let Jon do some of the traveling & some of the promotions if he wants to get out & be more present in the spotlight rather than going out with friends & being photographed with paparazzi--he needs a more SOCIAL & possibly Public life also. Give Jon the respect he is entitled to as a Father & parent of a large young family. We all might be surprised on how this will allow both Jon & Kate to GROW UP!

Lets face it, I think Kate has conducted herself in public in a more proffessional way than Jon has. He said he did like having to be jon & kate plus 8 all the time. He wanted to go out in public and be a wayward husband with out any said. If TLC dumps him it would be his own doings by his actions. Kae could do a better show, afterall, Jon doesnt know how to do anything except "man" things (I used the word loosely), this by his own saying also. You are either the biggest moron on the planet, or just as mean spirited as Kate if you are still her fan after the countless horrible things that she has said to Jon, her kids, the TLC crew, her now former friends, and her and Jon's relatives. Most of these verbal attacks of hers were right on the air during episodes of the show. It is also a fact that Kate went out of her way to deceive everyone into thinking that her marriage with Jon was fine for months after she told him that it was over. If Kate is behaving for now - there must be money and ratings at stake. I do wish the best for the kids especially, but the show totally sucks now, and should be forever pulled from the air.

I agree with comment #20 and my own thoughts are that TLC should just cancel this show because of all of the dirty laundry thats being aired in public.Also, I think they should consider zapping 18 kids and counting. Even though the Duggars are not going through a prime time soap opera, I feel that this show is in very poor taste. I mean the mother and father have created all of these kids and its left up to the older kids to parent the younger ones. If the mother could get one of the older daughters to breast feed the baby, she wouldn't have any hands on dealings with her either.people having large families is nothing new to this country and I don't think this network should be glorifying these folks just because they have 18 children and in Jon and Kate's case 8 children which Kate chose to have for the very reason of making money off of them.

I think Jon was tired of doing the show and wanted out. but not miss. money bags Kate because that would mean no more free clothes for her kids from gymboree and other freebies that they received. you know there a lot of kids in this country who have never had a new stitch on their backs and here is this store giving these kids who's parents are making $75,000 an episode to do this show receiving free clothes.If I had a small child, I would really boycott this store.

i think dropping jon from the show is is like taking away his kids. what you need to do is stop filming them all. if kate wants to write her books fine but don't exploit they kids. she wants to be miss wonderfull with the boob job and tummy tuck fine, but don't show her with the kids in her bikinies all the time. she thinks she a big star and she'a not. her talking abort the camers following them that is and act she loves it and plays up to them.......i think the show should all be dropped.....

im sure this is heartbreaking for the whole family ,,quit pointing fingers at one person ...the kids want both parents im sure but they need to work out their diffewrences first , i think down the road there could be a reconciliation with jon and kate but i think they need to have time alone just the two of them and have some good makeup sex ...lol always works for me and my man ...we have way more problems than these two and alot less money but we stay together as a family ..i wish thenm the best

I believe that Kates recent good behavior is calculated. She knows that if she is seen interacting with the children and isn't seen with any men then everyone will feel sorry for her and she will look like the good guy in all this. Jon is making this easy for her by parading around with all these women. I don't understand why he has to bring them into his children's home. That is so not cool. He needs to get a grip. Kate is just a phoney and she needs to get over herself.

After watching the shows, I am truly amazed that it took so long for John to finally put an end to Kate's authoritarian demeanorand leave. As for taking care of the children, it seemed that it was mostly John that was the caregiver. Granted Kate would order John to do the things that needed done, but one would think that perhaps, Kate could have contributed more than just orders when it came time to do anything with the children.

You know, Jon was right at the end of last season when he said he wanted out of all the filming. He knew he had goofed up and wanted to deal with things privately. At least that is my take on what he said at the time. Kate has these high expectations and wants the newest and the best and the most of everything that in her mind in order to afford that she has to continue filming. Kids are adaptable and adjust their expectations to what they are exposed to. Those kids have the best education, in ground swimming pool, trips to where ever their hearts desire, and on and on, and now to adjust them to anything less than that would be a major adjustment. I think that if TLC dropped the show today, and Jon and Kate had to create revenue outside of the filming industry and they had to do some major downsizing the kids would be fine with a few meltdowns and Kate would be inconsolable.
