She is a very beautiful mother. She probably eats the recommended 1600 - 2000 calories a day of organic fresh food. If Americans did this obesity would be a thing of the past. My point is that you don't need to starve yourself to be thin, just avoid artificial ingredients, genetically engineered foods, and excessive eating. Learn how to cook and know what you are eating and STOP bashing the people with enough willpower to do so! :)

#18. I was responding to the people who credit her "metabolism" to her figure in earlier posts. Metabolism only applies to the %1 of obese people with thyroid disorders or medical conditions. You have fun going to McDonald's and I will stay healthy 105 pounds. Cooking at home - even with buying organic - is half the price of my family eating at McDonald's, not to mention much more delicious.
I cook everything in butter or coconut oil and none of that hydrogenated shit. I never buy "light" or "diet" products either. I wish people to take responsibility for their shape and stop bashing others who do.

Lola, Bullshit. My wife cooks vegetarian organic for herself as well, and it is twice as much as McDonald's. Yeah, it is expensive to eat healthy, and McD's is way cheap and easy. So pat yourself on the back all you want, but do not lie about the cost. healthy foods cost more than the cheap, bad for you stuff. Only an idiot would claim otherwise.

Wrong. I spend about 25 dollars a week on organic food for my family. You can get cheap healthy food at farmers markets or even king soopers if you get whats on sale. It "may be expensive to eat healthy" IYO, but do you not realize how expensive this damn obesity epicdemic is.. a result from fast food? The AVERAGE American spends ten dollars a day on fast food, that's roughly 70 dollars a week. Cheaper than eating fresh organic food? I think not, stop claiming that fastfood is cheaper just so u can use it as an excuse to be a fatass
