I suspect that child support will be worked out up front with 60-65% of the cash on hand, and any future royalties off the show being divided in Kate's favor. Jon will and should be free from that point on financially based upon the what the law says.

If John and Kate don't take the children out on vacations and places together it will not be the same. Jon and Kate are the parents of 8 kids, Maybe Jon should get 4 of the kids to raise with his new lady friend and lets see how many times he gets to go to Paris, drink smoke etcc.. If he had to raise those kids he would run back to Kate. The girlfriend would run the other way, 8 kids is like having a small class. Give Jon half the kids full time and see how he becomes a changed man again. NO more show if they are not a family. Kate ease up if you pland on meeting another man. Ok for all those people who are down on John and supporting Kate.Did you guys watch the same show I did. I feel so bad for him.Kate would yell at him, put him down, she seemed very verbally and mentally abusive. She is ultra controlling and when things don't go her way she has a fit and cried fake tears. This bs about bills come on, TLC brought that house ad paid off all the bills from way back when the kids were born and if he has to give back money he took why don't she have to give back money she took? Kate is not innocent.There was a tv special about her where she was engaged before John and when that ended she went nuts.She stalked the guy was verbally abusive and he claimed Kate was way too over controlling hmmmm I see a behavior pattern.
