May 29 2009Jon and Kate Plus Child Labor Law Violations

- Jon and Kate Gosselin are being investigated by the Pa. Department of Labor for child labor violations. Wait, I'm actually from Pennsylvania and those tax dollars should be spent on something useful like, I dunno, allowing beer to be sold in supermarkets. Goddamn Quakers. [Just Jared]
- Tori Spelling's mom still claiming Tori is responsible for Aaron Spelling's death, and yet somehow, that didn't force a reconciliation between mother and daughter. Weird. [Lainey Gossip]
- Spencer Pratt loves Jesus and marijuana. Although medically speaking, the weed probably helps with the nausea from being around Heidi's "icky girl parts" all the time. [The Blemish]
- Phil Spector sentenced to 19 years in prison for murdering Lana Clarkson. That guy won't last a week. Without his wigs, I mean. I'm sure he'll bite a guard or something to denote dominance. [Jezebel]
- Angelina Jolie was injured during a stunt on the set of Salt this morning. Okay, where was Jennifer Aniston today? Or Anne Curry? Or Octo-Mom, Megan Fox, Evangeline Lilly, Jon Voight, Courtney Cox, Shiloh.... [ICYDK]
- Britney Spears still drinking Frappucinos and not wearing a bra. Like the sun rising in the east - but with nipples. [PopSugar]

I want to bang Kate on the hood of their large 8-child transport vehicle
But I'll only allow 5 of the kids to watch. It's the principle of the matter.

Maybe if SpongeKate-SquareHair would have let Jon stick it in her pooper they wouldn't be in this mess right now. Hey, a guy's gotta get some loving someplace, somehow.
And where are the pictures of Brittney?
3. Zanna - May 29, 2009 4:54 PM
banging kate would be like throwing a hotdog down a hallway.
4. Uncle Duncan - May 29, 2009 5:04 PM
@3
It kills you knowing you can't eff her any time. And you just cant, cuz. She too fine for ya.
They know for sure these kids ain't working for sh!t. So why the hell would they freakin investigate? I don't get any of this stuff.
5. Johnson - May 29, 2009 5:21 PM
I don't really get why they are invistigating Kate and Jon since the kids are not like doing slave labour. They get feed, and clothed with the money from the show.
6. Montana - May 29, 2009 5:30 PM
Yeeeaaaahhh...... Gee, you are abusing these 8 kids by pointing a camera at them as you take them to do all these fun enriching activites together that the movie studio pays for, and then it really hurts them to buy the big fucking house and STILL have cash left for college funds and whatnot.
If they were GOOD parents, they would just both work two jobs, pay for a cheap daycare and a house that's just a little too small, all while MAYBE saving up enough for a 1 week camping trip at the KOA six blocks away...
Meanwhile, there is a crackhead down the street that has been slowly eating her children, and they haven't bothered to check in on her 3 years...

They finally caught on to the sweatshop those two were running out of their basement. the hole reality show thing was just a cover for the tiny Nike factory ran by those eight kids.
10. Racer X - May 29, 2009 5:35 PM
Fans need to fork over $10 bucks for an autographed picture of one of Jon and Kate's brood, $20 for a family photo, and $3,000 an hour to hear Kate speak!
FUCK THEM AND THEIR SHOW!!!
11. beer4pa - May 29, 2009 6:06 PM
I didn't know the superfish writer was from Pa. He's right. No beer in supermarkets = bad. Having to buy beer either at inflated prices in bars or buy by the case is no way to live. Priorities are way out of whack if they're focused on child labor violations.
12. alfalfa - May 29, 2009 6:15 PM
If putting children in front of a camera is a child labor violation, then shut down all of Hollywood. How many TV shows, movies, and commercials feature children?
13. Diana - May 29, 2009 6:33 PM
I cant stand that womans haircut!! its awful!
14. Korri - May 29, 2009 6:43 PM
I live in PA too, and goddammit they should sell beer at the freakin 7/11 and grocery store!
Also, I know a few people that knew Kate from back in the day and apparently she is a bigger bitch then what they put on the show
15. Kathi Starr - May 29, 2009 6:44 PM
I don't know how the show go on with one or both of them possibly having an affair. I know I am not watching any more. It just is not the same.

#3: bwahahaha, that's rich. I was going to use the "push a cantaloupe through a tube sock several times then try to wear it" analogy, but you got it beat.

I do not know what is going on between her and the husband but I do know that I can not stand her. She is rude, thinks that because she had six babies the world revolves around her. I hate to be the one to tell her but she needs to get a life. She can't run her own life let alone give advice to anyone else on how to. I do not condone cheating on one's spouse but it seems like her husband just got tired of being put down for any and eveyrthing. I just wish he had got a divorce first. I can only pray for all 8 children. This is why the child labor laws need to be enforced, if it wasn't for those kids, none of us would even know or care about kate.
18. Giggles - May 29, 2009 7:26 PM
Nothing here surprises me EXCEPT that those Spelling people actually think anyone gives a sh!t.
19. blp - May 29, 2009 8:24 PM
Must be super drunk cuz I don't know who she is and I'd still I'd hit it
20. Joeline in WV - May 29, 2009 8:59 PM
As a single mother of 6 who depends on my kids social security checks I'd say more power to ya Kate. Makin' them kids work is good for em..teaches them about life an such. You work em girl and keep hitting that Total button and don't listen to no bellyachin' like, " I'm tired", I wanna go to bed", " can't we play"? BS ....Crack that whip, and crack it hard and learn em good.. Work never hurt nobody.
21. robynnn - May 29, 2009 8:59 PM

24. Savannah - May 29, 2009 9:59 PM
Well now I've heard it all! Going on cool trips, having a roof over their heads, clean clothes, food, going to school is a child labor violation?! Seriously people! Stop spending tax money on useless matters... let them be if studios are willing to pay their salary! Yes, I agree Kate is a bitch and has a horrible haircut, but she is still the one that keeps the family going. Let's be real, Jon doesn't have much enthusiasm, ambition or initiative to feed 8 kids and live comfortably. The media has been following the family since they were born... so why is bad now that they are getting money for it? As might as well rite? Big deal, they are having marital problems, that is reality... you know %50 divorce rate. I'm sure the kids are exhausted from all of the trips they get to take.
25. lisag - May 29, 2009 11:44 PM
really?? child labor law violation? hmmmm.....should be investigating whoever gave Kate that haircut.

Since he liked to shove a gun down the throats of women, I wonder what's going to get shoved down HIS throat in prison....Ha,Ha,Ha,

cute kid...I came across an online community for individual seeking interracial love. It is blackwhitemeet.com All singles there are seeking interracial relationships. Interracial is not a problem there, but a great merit to cherish!

Seems like a whole lot of people sticking a whole lot of noses where they don't belong. Put a camera in my face 24/7 and you'll eventually see a different side of me, as well. But on the other hand: what did this couple really expect?
32. tifany - May 30, 2009 9:57 AM
this is for john & kate plus 8 i think peaple should leave them alone but kate hon u gotta give up the show if u wanna keep your man u can clearly see that he hates doin that show if u lovehim u will respect and consider what he wants to give it up!!!!!!!

My grandkids are also abused .. they have to attend school every day and work at homework when they get home .. the girls are two grades ahead of their age-peers.. the boys are still trying to get their alphabet letters the right way round ('r', 's'. etc.).. we can but hope all this abuse will work!

Hmm I live in PA and you can buy liquor at some Grocery stores. I know you can at Wegmans, Weis and Foodtown. Gas stations should sell it though, they sell it there in any other state!
And yeah there should be some sort of labor law I thought. Like the kids can only do like two hours twice a week or something? IDK
36. Alli Watermelon - May 30, 2009 11:55 AM
Why Zanna #3..because she had 8 kids? Let me guess, all 8 came out of her VAGINA and that's why it'd be like throwing a hot dog down the hallway. You're ignorant. I LIKE HER HAIR (btw) lol
37. BB - May 30, 2009 12:18 PM
I say arrest her and film it. I'll bet there are plenty of bull-dikes that would love to get their ham hands on her. ,,,,,,,,, you could film the children on visitation day .. I'd watch

Spears' breasts like a sunrise? What are you smoking?
42. oneelusivegal - May 31, 2009 8:59 AM
If anyone of us had a camera filming them everyday, I am sure there would be lots of negative things other could find to say about us when they saw said film. She is a type A for sure. I think she has to be. Let's face it, if everything were left up to John that house would be even more chaotic.
Child labour, give me a break, those kids are clean, well fed, well cared for. They are cute as heck and seem happy. What a waste of time investigating that family. I understand why they need to do this show, to provide for their family, and no one can blame them for taking advantage of an opportunity. Anyone who has six children without having the means to provide (themselves, not government hand outs), is lacking good judgement.
On a less important note, Kate, hope you read these, and disregard all the idiotic comments people make, but please listen to this one, that hair has GOT TO GO. It is a ridiculous style. If you saw me, you would realize that I am worthy of an opinion on this. Grow the back to work with the front, a nice geometric bob would work, unless you want to grow it a bit longer. I don't know who your stylist is, but he/she should have talked you out of that style a while ago. Maybe you consider it your trademark do or something, but it is outdated and a bit hickish looking. You are a pretty woman otherwise.

They aren’t being required to “work.” If what we’ve been told from the start is true, they go about their lives – there just happen to be cameras present too.
