Only athletes should have a body like Kelly because it is unhealthy to have a body like hers all year long. Even the athletes eat more food when they are not competing and get more fat in their diet and body. An extreme low fat count like Kelly is not healthy to have all year long. Humans are meant to move, and push ourselves. Being out of shape should not be the norm.

It's unfair, but guys just need to eat right and work out (like an athlete, 7 days a weeks, not half-assing it on a treadmill once in awhile) and they'll look ok as they get older. Nothing you can do about baldness, of course. But women...yikes. Work out too much and you look like those middle-aged muscle bodies who have traded fitness for any visible sign of feminine sexual hotness (Kelly Ripa, Madonna). I read an article about Kelly Ripa that addressed her body and obsession with exercise. She said she used to be a heavy smoker and has replaced the urge and habit with exercise. Add working on several shows and family time and voila- skeletor. She would look better with an extra 5-10 pounds on her frame.
