Wow,its pretty evenly divided between delicious/disgusting. I don't see how anyone could look at him and think that he's disgusting. Firstly, No, he is not covered in tons of moles. The dots are there to indicate where to put the CGI diamond effect on his body.
Secondly, he HAS to be palid as fuck, he's a vampire. All the vampires in this film have to extremely pale.
Thirdly, I have met him in person, and he is completely stunning. His bone structure, the eyes, the toned but not overly muscular body, everything. Also he seems like a very genuine and talented guy.

Dots for CGI are brightly coloured, usually green or blue - not brown. Brown too easily blends into the background and can get confused with natural freckles. Seriously guys, go look up a video on youtube of someone doing the tracking for Golem on LOTR or something similar. This isn't hard. These are not "those" dots. Has anyone here EVER worked with design and CGI...?

That said, tons of people of European descent have moles like that - it's really common. My husband has them, too. As do many of my (white) friends.
