I agree 100% with your post - I know what you mean; I've been married over 15 years and my husband and I have not argued that much or that harshly in our entire marriage as Jon & Kate do in just one episode!

It got to be way too exhausting watching that show...at first, it was like watching a documentary about another planet (because it's so the opposite of my life - I thought they were interesting) and then it was because I wanted to see how the children thrived - Aaden is so cute and Maddy was fun to see what devilchild thing she'd do next (that child is pure evil, lol...I'm only half kidding), but then Jon's and Kate's nastiness overshadowed the entire premise of the show. Now all I see is cruelty and I turn it off.

I agree totally with 'bluelake' and of said the same thing many times. My partner has said he wouldnt get away with treaing me that way for very long. They need to use less excuses for their behavior and just own it and the consequences of it...good and bad. The most important thing is that they are good parents to all of their children, and what Jon did is a cry for some attention. No matter if it was "another woman" or "just a friend" he needs to admit which he did saying he had poor judement. Now i think its time for jon and kate work and start to focus on their marriage. The kids are a little older and dont need alot of attention. Jon and Kate need to go on a marrige or couples retreat. Just the two of them that way no kids no excusses and get the truth out to love each other more. This poor judgement should be lesson to learn from the both of them.
