I think Kim got her hips and thighs liposuction and this is why she looks out of proportion. I have to wear a support girdle for my butt and stomach like Kim too.

Since butt implants don’t fluctuate in size from day to day, it’s glaringly obvious that Kim Kardashian uses butt pads and shapers when she is walking the red carpet (or out posing for the papparazzi, I mean, “shopping”).

So what if Kim wears a butt support to make her butt perky. Most fat chicks with saggy butts use them. I prefer tight small butts but I must admit I star at freaky girdle butts like Kim lol!

There was a picture of Jessica Simpson wearing a tight dress with a butt girdle and her butt looked better than Kim's. I wish I could find the picture. Most female celebrities do not wear butt girdles because they are perky enough. Jessica Beil wore a butt girdle but she does not need one like Kim because her butt does not sag.

Kim's butt is too big and fat to get butt implants.

I have figured out the mystery that is Kim Kardashians giant ass! I have always suspected that there was something unnatural about it, but I don’t think she has actual butt implants. She has wide hips that usually go along with a big butt, but her butt does not have a natural shape at all. She is not nearly athletic enough (not by a LONG shot) to explain why her giant butt sits so high up, so Kim definitely had liposuction on her lower back, upper thighs, and hips.
