Removing a few skin blemishes and touching up a photograph is one thing. Major alteration of the image is something different entirely.

Just look at the face. Pic 1 is a bit round and blocky, and her eyes are farther apart. Pic 2 has it much more streamlined and oval. This isn't a minor "touch up".

If they're going to go to these lengths to drastically alter how a girl looks in real life, why do they even bother? Computer art has evolved to the point that they can fabricate an image completely from scratch. It would certainly be a hell of lot more honest, and not insult our intelligence.
