What's the dealy-o? Most people have accents, some very distinctive. I've known white guys who grew up in predomanently black communities and went to schools with lots of blacks and they sound just like an urban black. Some white blues singers sound just like black blues singers. I've know black guys from England who have the distinctive English accent. Blacks from the Southern US have a distinctive speech pattern. Blacks from the 'hood' have a distinctive patter. To assume they all have the same accent isn't racist. It may be lazy thinking but it isn't racist. Hatin' someone because of an accent is racist and stupid just like hatin' someone because of their God given color is racist. Some of these folks need to lighten-up.

I recently went to Memphis and visited the Civil Rights Museum and saw where Martin Luther King was shot.
