last time i was in the states some people (coincidentally college students in the 18 to 24 age range) asked me if holland was in the middle east (!). Now i can sort of understand that not everyone would be able to locate holland on the map since it's a relatively small country, so i tried to explain the location in relation to larger and more well known countries such as England, France, and Germany.
