It seems that people are unwilling and unable to see the bad in the political party of their choice, but they jump at the chance to highlight the bad of the party they don't support. All politicians, ALL Democrats and ALL Republicans, are manipulative and just want your vote. True, some more so than others, but it comes down to picking the lesser of the evils. Whether or not you voted for Obama, or if you think he's a Muslim (if you do think he's a Muslim, please, read up on the religion before you start using Islam and terrorism interchangeably, you actually might be surprised. Nothing is more annoying than someone who relies on the biased Media for information), the fact is he's going to be our president. And before you start hypothesizing that he'll "run the country into the crapper," give him THE CHANCE to fail or succeed.

It was Palin's decision to take the moralility platform while not looking at her own daughters moral flaw (according to Palin's platform.) Obama was top in his class at Harvard and has a model life. Personally, I'm grateful for Bristol Palin and her child. 20 percent of Americans live in poverty. Social programs help these people get back on their feet with such things as training programs to prepare them for work and food stamps. It is true there is abuse in social programs just like the financial abuse on Wall Street. So if wanting to help the poor and providing after school programs for high risk school children, etc. are a bad thing or as you say socialist propaganda, then bring it on because unlike you, I am a humanitarian.

Since this story was turned into a moral smear campaign for the Democrats, I think it is hypocritical for this site in particular to glorify Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie for having multiple children outside of marriage and yet make it a point to say that Palin is "unwed teenager..." in the first sentence. When this country learns to depoliticize every aspect of life, esp. comedy, entertainment, and mainstream media, things will be a lot less volatile. If you read my entire post you would have known that I think all political parties are wrong. I think the right wing is just as, if not more, wrong as the left wing. The right wing pimps Christianity to swing voters into voting for them. Like I said before, the government cannot and should not legislate morality. The Church is responsible for being a light in a dark world (Matthew 5:14).

I disagree with your views on the Clinton family. Bill Clinton's presidency was set in a perfect condition for success after the presidency of Ronald Reagan.

Remember that it usually takes 10 or more years for policies to take effect in the democratic government system. Bill Clinton had very little to do with his apparent success, just as George W. Bush has little to do with the economic crisis we now face. His biggest downfall was the war and listening to Dick Cheney who has benefited the most of anybody from the war. The Clinton family just benefited on the back end with media royalties from scandal and deceit of the American people.
