I have said it all along that being 30 pounds or more overweight like Kim is unhealthy and can lead to high cholesterol, high blood pressure, heart disease, and diabetes. In a free world, it's your choice to live however you wish, but remember there are always consequences for bad choices. It's especially sad that fat parents are passing on their bad, unhealthy habits to their kids. Not only are their kids made fun of, and scorned by their peers, but their health problems will begin when they're very young, instead of in their 50s-60s like most normal sized people that start packing on more weight in later life. And as far as public health care, I'd vote against and resent being forced to pay for a fat person's health costs, unless they had to pay a higher percentage for their unhealthy choices.
