I had a drug inter/action reaction and had to go to the emergency room and it was very embarrassing and I know many of my friends and family thought it was an overdose or something; I can't imagine how frustrating it must be to go through that with millions of people knowing and commenting on it. And on Courtney and her; it would depend if they were sober, and if using, on what medications they were specifically using--but it probably would be fun I have to admit--two beautiful, crazy addicts, both struggling with life and the assholes around them judging them, and the drugs that both save them and destroy them, and them singin' their hearts and lungs (what they have left of them) out! Bravo; and those who pray for her--you go-she needs prayer, as do we all! Yeah, methadone has a really long duration. It works better if you use heroin to come off the methadone, then suboxone to come off the heroin.

As far as Winehouse goes, I don't really understand the allure of crack. A speedball is a much better use of cocaine in my opinion. She probably smokes whatever drugs she does, needles would leave her all bruised up.
