1) The pictures are perfectly focused and centered as to what he was doing leaving me to believe they are posed!

2.) In the pic where Guttenburg is grabbing the camera his face looks as if he is straining but his toned arm does not look flexed in the slightest.

3.) The camera guys fingers are not locked around that camera. They are losely holding it. So he obviously isn't trying real hard to get that camera out of his hand.

4.) If there was a video camera present. Why is there no video posted. Only Still Shots! Make sense! You can pose for pics but to make a video look real is alot more work.

Is there video of it? It seems like because in one of the pictures he's looking directly into a video camera, that there would be video of this incident. It also completely looks like he's just fucking around with the paps, which is why they probably didn't release the video.

Yeah, I think these things definitely look staged...seems more like he's just clowning around. The photos where he's punching or grabbing the camera aren't blurred or slanted, everything is centered. There's another one out there of him grabbing the camera with both hands and if you look at his face he looks like he's trying to keep from cracking up. From what I remember about Guttenberg in interviews I've seen him do he's got a pretty mild personality so I wouldn't doubt he and the paps just decided to put this stuff out to get a rise out of people for kicks and maybe to get Guttenberg some press.
