Jun 3 2008Nick Hogan is kind of a little bitch
Nick Hogan-Bollea's lawyers filed a response to the civil lawsuit filed by John Graziano's family. John was the passenger in Nick's car when it crashed and is now in a coma. But according to Nick's lawyer, John Graziano is also Satan himself. Okay, maybe they don't go that far, but they literally blame John Graziano for the entire accident and claim Nick did nothing wrong. Except, maybe got drunk and drag-raced. But, what's this? John gave him the beer?! You don't say. TMZ reports:
We've obtained his response to the civil lawsuit that John's family filed against the Hogans, and it's outrageous: Nick blames virtually every person on the planet -- including John himself and Daniel Jacobs, the guy whom he drag-raced to cause the crash in the first place -- but doesn't take a shred of responsibility of his own.
Let's just list the ways that Nick says John put himself in danger: Not wearing a seatbelt, not getting out of the car, getting into the car in the first place.
If you take a look at the response, I'm surprised there's not a paragraph stating that John Graziano secretly harbored a dream to be in a coma by his early 20's. Jesus. Anyway, while his mom is out dating his long-haired doppleganger, Nick is apparently sitting in solitary confinement because he's a minor and must be separated from the other inmates, according to People:
Bollea, 17, spends 16 to 17 hours a day in a maximum security cell in a Florida jail where his food is delivered through a slot in the door, his attorneys said in a court filing seeking a transfer to monitored home confinement or the minimum-security area.
Okay, that does sound a bit harsh. I think some sort of compromise can be made here. Hmm, let's see. Ooh, got it: Nick Hogan can get out of solitary - as soon as John Graziano wakes up and lets him out.

Interesting. He blames Daniel Jacobs but not Jack Daniels, who I think might be more at fault.

Solitary confinement or a mult-million dollar mansion? I'd pick the mansion too. I will not be able to post much today. My dog died so I've decided to do crack for the rest of the day.

God, those Hogans are white trash.

He is a good manager! You can check out more on his blog at !!!.sugarm ingle . c Om , where all single men are welcome since so many handsome black and white single women are there for a right guy..

LOL at SaraDevil...What a spoiled brat. So let me get this straight, even though he was drinking underage and driving like an idiot in a car that he had little to no formal training and no business driving which resulted in his friend in a coma- he's the victim here...wow ok makes sense... He's lucky he only got 8 months, he deserved more.

Raise your hands if you wanna kick NIck Hogan right in the pussy...
Excellent, not just me...

What has happened that makes any one think any one in this family has integrity or principles? They are being true to their nature every step of the way...self-involved, self-centered, selfish has beens. This is how they were raised...this is how they raised their spawn...and the next unfortunate generation will be raised exactly the same way. Nothing more to see here. Why any one gives them the time it takes to snap a pic is beyond me.

Spoiled celebu-spawn. Typical.

Seriously, just when you think this kid can't be any more of a total shit, he continues to amaze. I suppose he does deserve some sort of credit for that. Which is just what #9 suggested. Repeatedly.
13. snarky - June 3, 2008 10:01 AM
jeez, isn't Nick only like 19? He's already got deep wrinkles on his forehead and a receding hairline; how attractive. And it sure sounds like the rotten apple didn't fall far from the rotten tree.
14. Auntie Kryst - June 3, 2008 10:06 AM
I hope he doesn't get a transfer out of solitary. Denying a Hogan access to peroxide and hair product is probably driving him insane..
15. kdm - June 3, 2008 10:12 AM
Why these people have any sort of fame is beyond me. Is it because society likes to look at slugs like them so they can feel better about their own lives? Well, at least we're not the Hogans. VH1 should dump them, and we should encourage it by boycotting the network until all traces of them are gone. Just goes to show that money can not buy class, or morals, or dignity, or a conscience, or good hair care, or fasion sense......

That suit and tie he's wearing looks awful. Wonder if he got them form the Hulkster's closet. I swear I saw him wearing it at a Wrestlemania 6 after-party.

I hope they do let him out of solitary. Then I also hope he gets introduced to Bubba's ginormas cock. Turn his asshole into a manhole.
What a self-serving fuck. He wants a reality show out of this?! He needs a dose of REALITY. The spoiled little cocksucker. I hope the Hogans will read this and maybe realize the piece of shit that they raised.

i blame his idiot parents as well. who the hell gives a 17 year old kid a tuner car,NOS charged supra ? oh wait... my dad gave me a 1972 lime green volvo station wagon.. affectionately known as the "stabin wagon".....
19. Gerald_Tarrant - June 3, 2008 10:29 AM
I think the compromise should be to treat him like an adult and release him into GenPop. I'm sure there are a few Bubbas who are just waiting for a little blond fuck puppet.
20. Conor S - June 3, 2008 11:02 AM
The kid has no regard, respect, remorse, or understanding for anyone other than himself because thats all hes been taught. If I was given everything on a silver platter I'd probably be a snob celebrity child who thinks everything revolves around me. Sadly Hogans name is being pulled through the dirt but that dude seriously shelters his kids and doesn't even realize it.
21. JollyJumJuck - June 3, 2008 11:07 AM
I used to hear about all sorts of stories about the Hulkster about what a jerk he was in the wrestling locker rooms for years and years. Looks like the apple doesn't fall far from the tree. Like father, like son.

All I have to say is .. "It takes two to tango" .. unless Nick puts a gun to John's face and say "get in the car" then he too was aware that there was going to be a drag race even though he was not the driver. He took part in it ..I wish him luck on the recovery. But if he ever did get out of a coma .. would ANYONE HOLD HIM RESPONSIBLE AS WELL? .. I'm not saying Nick is in the right (which he is guilty) but again they all took part together in this event and should be held responsible for their actions all together .. if John wasn't in a coma .. then some other innocent people could've been.
In several episode of "Hogan Knows Best" it does show in fact that John was also a known drag racer ... hmm...

what a rotten little douche. this is almost as good as those whiny phonecalls to mommy about how scared he is. are they sure this little sack of cowardly shit belongs to hulk hogan? man needs to kick his kid's ass into line. hard.
24. Jackson'shole - June 3, 2008 11:43 AM
Why does Hulk have the two oldest looking children. Nick looks 29 and Brooke looks 37. Wtf is wrong with those kids? Were they given steriods or hgh and had an accelorated aging process or something? It's fucking creepy.
25. veggi - June 3, 2008 12:02 PM
He should have simply said it was karma related to all the innocent women and children John killed in Iraq. The simplest explanation is always the truthful one.
26. Alex - June 3, 2008 12:22 PM
Why is it a surprise that Nick is a pantywaist? He's Hollywood for fuck's sake! Everything from and around the United States' anus (aka Hollywood) is an act.
Do you think Al Pacino walks around slapping people and saying "Fuck you, mang"? Or that Jake Gyllenhaal goes around kissing other men?
If you answered no and yes, then you are correct, and shouldn't be surprised. Congratulations.
27. Giomon_Rocks - June 3, 2008 12:38 PM
What a douche. I guess I can't be surprised since he's rich and therefore above the law. I hope he turns 18 soon so they let him out of solitary and he gets ass raped by a gang of big, burly men.
28. Sport - June 3, 2008 12:55 PM
Asshat.

What a smug little douche.
Worse than that fucked up mullethead from King of Kong.
32. Joe C - June 3, 2008 1:22 PM
I'm pretty sure that deep down, "the bulkster" must be pretty disappointed in his son. After all the guy is a short , skinny little runt who isn't even as tall as his sister. I'm sure that bulk hogan was hoping for a big tall manly son and he ended up with this little pipsqueak bitch boy.

While it may be said that the young lad
Though He May not tower in stature as his sire
He still stands proud on his own two feet
And might I add the shoes are dashing
And match well with striped ensemble within which
He is so wrongly enclothed
Hat's off to the courage of the true "Incredible Hulks's" family.
They are troopers and we should all send a silent prayer to
Them

"Monitored home confinement"? Figures that this spoiled self-satisfied asshole thinks a "time out" with fridge, bar, phone, cable TV and computer access is an appropriate punishment .
And fuck off and die, #7. Better yet, let Nick drive you somewhere. And don't forget to put #22 in the trunk.
35. satan's personal assistant - June 3, 2008 2:15 PM
nick isn't doing anything less than what every other pathetic american does: blames someone else. the grazianos are "blaming" a teenager for drinking and driving with their adult son in the car when they should be blaming their poor parenting sills. i mean what kind of parent raises a 22 y.o. old marine who hangs out with a drinking 17 y.o. amateur drag racer? sounds quite queer to me. maybe when mr. rutabaga wakes up his parents will let him know what an idiot he was.
john rutabaga was suppose to be the "adult" but he made a poor choice and he is suffering the consequences of his actions. only thing is nobody had the balls to tell it like it is cause it's "bad" to say the truth about dead people and vegetables. nick hogan has the balls to tell it like it is. they might be bite size, but they are still balls.

"He didn't understand how awful jail really is until now." Well WTF did he think it was like? He would much rather be at home with all of his toys, High Def TV, stereo, swimming pool, good food, etc. Well too bad. I tell ya what junior, be thankful you ain't in general pop. Then you'd really have something to bitch about. Grow up and take it like a man. I say leave him where he is.
37. Igottabemeeee - June 3, 2008 5:21 PM
So you're implying (supporters of Nick) that there is some huge difference between being 17 yrs old and 21 yrs old? Do you remember being 17? I do, and I was fully capable of using my brain, just as completely as when I was 21. Just because his actions took someone's life away, now all of a sudden he isn't fully in control of himself? Why is he driving a fast expensive car then, if he can't handle the responsibility of it?
38. pansy - June 3, 2008 5:39 PM
W.o.w.
39. SDZ28 - June 3, 2008 6:11 PM
It's an entirely tragic situation, and Nick Hogan has always struck me as exactly what he is, a young, stupid kid.
But guess what, so was that young Marine. Before you start bashing me, know this: I am a Marine myself, and I have had many young Marines under my supervision. When he chose to get in that vehicle without a seatbelt, he placed his own life at risk. I didn't even realize there were still people who did not buckle up as a reflex action. You look at the pictures of the crumpled Supra, it even looks like the worst damage was on the driver's side. And yet Nick Hogan walked away with minor injuries.
Hogan deserves punishment for his actions. But we can't pretend that that young Marine didn't have his share of blame and poor decisions that led to his state. It's incredibly tragic, and from all accounts he was a good kid and a good Marine. He didn't deserve this, and neither did his family. But deserve has nothing to do with it. Know this, so far in 2008, the Marine Corps has lost almost twice as many Marines to various accidents, nearly all of them automotive, than it has lost in Iraq.

that kid is really 17? nice receding hairline, he looks as old as his dad!
41. Queefer Bukakke - June 4, 2008 1:07 AM
He should be given the whole prison experience - being beaten and bent over a washing machine and gang raped up the ass.
42. Sally - June 4, 2008 8:07 AM
He is a cuttie, he is my favorite. I love him. Is he single now? I saw him on "S e e k i n g R i c h . c o m " last week. Just curious.
43. andy - June 4, 2008 1:19 PM
nobody made the kid get into the car with nick. you don't want to be in a coma from a drunk driving accident? DON'T GET INTO THE CAR WITH SOMEONE WHO'S DRUNK.
44. chris - June 16, 2008 4:48 AM
nick hogan is a punk. to have no care of his friend is suck. based on what has been shown he does not give a care. he may have escape this, but when his as dies God will give him what he deserves.
45. Sam - August 8, 2008 2:43 PM
Nick Hogan is real baby who can't handle the heat.
