It just does. It's really not that long ago that slavery existed in America and many of those who practiced it are still alive today. Thus slavery is not in the past yet and it still exist in parts of the world and there is still a racial lack of equality in America. South park did an episode on something like this once with a town flag. The extreme racism that once existed the lack of human rights did tremendous damage damage that will be felt for centuries because the consequences of depriving people of rights and freedoms is far reaching and will affect many generations.

I don't think they are brilliant so much as so incredibly self involved and so motivated to seek fame that they fit in perfectly in Hollywood. They are what every celebrity truly is, but they are at least honest about it. Megalomania is exactly what you need to succeed in Hollywood. There's no intelligence involved just an unquenchable ego that will allow you to be or do whatever the powers that be want you to.
Have you ever seen an interview with these people? I would hesitate to call them remotely intelligent. Have you heard them speak? LOL it's fucking HILARIOUS, they aren't “acting dumb” either that for sure. They are whores who are just so willing to bend over and sell themselves and are so needy for attention that even negative attention works for them. They are not in control here they are the puppets and when they become useless they will be discarded. Heidi has said she wants to win an Oscar and a grammy, is that brilliance? Fuck no, that's blind ego and I doubt it will ever happen.

P.S. I think this will end quite badly for them. They are playing with fire, they are in way over their head and they are just pawns to MTV. Almost Every MTV couple has broken up and has partially blamed MTV and the pressure that came from it on their breakup.
