uhmm... well, HGH is in fact a steroid. so although when used in moderation, has only positive benefits, he seems to be the one who is misinformed. its also fairly useless for building muscle on its own and is usually stacked with other steroids for gains in mass. its never really used on its own as a "steroid" for bulking up... its used primarily for its anti-aging benefits.
