Britney Spears court documents reveal child abuse investigation
Britney Spears has been under investigation for child abuse and neglect by the Department of Children and Family Services, according to court documents released yesterday. The department tried to gain access to documents in her custody battle with Kevin Federline, but Britney requested in October to keep everything sealed, according to Page Six:
“I try to keep the children's travel and transportation plans as confidential as possible in order to minimize the chances that unscrupulous journalists will gain unwelcome access to me and the boys. Such information greatly increases the chances that the actions of the media could threaten the safety of the children by, for example, causing a traffic accident or by exposing them to criminals who might target them for financial gain.”
A lawyer for Children’s Services filed this response to Britney’s request:
“Based upon its investigation to date, it should be noted that [the Department of Children and Family Services] has concerns of its own regarding the safety and welfare of the children if the children are left in the mother's care."

This isn't really anything new. Child protective services was called when her and numnuts were together. Doesn't anybody remember the baby falling out of the high chair? This is probaballly related. If Britney gets her kids taken away then Michael Jackson should get his taken away and his penis removed. Britney should just hand all rights over to Federline and get on with her life/career and Kevin find those boys a real mom. Although it would be much better if she would tap into being a real mommy herself. We see this isn't going to happen, and even if it did she would have a lot of damage control with those boys as well as her image (kids are worth it!). Just better if she let those kids be and move on. Anyone calling her babies names - they are totally innocent and they are being driven to a drug-induced life before our eyes. They got a crazy ho for a mom and she puts them in the spot light for her and their ridicule. Not to mention the company she keeps. They are going to be really fuuuucked up and it won't be their fault. Poor things.

the really sad part of all this, IMHO, is the innumerable children not born to millionaires who will never get the amount of attention that Britt's 2 experiments get . . . I teach school in DC, and let me tell you, 1/2 of these kids should be forcibly removed from their homes, due to neglect. As bad a Britt is, at least she's got the $ to make sure someone is taking care of her spawn.
