I can't say as this comes as a huge shock. I think with the amount of coverage that Larry tries to sell week in and week out we should all pretty much take for granted that he's "posing" whenever he's not in his own home. I just wonder if once he sees that he isn't going to collect on the half a billion dollars he may think is coming to him through Dannielynn if pictures and coverage of him will still be markettable.

As for why Anna would "pose" with Daniels body for a photo op. $tern claims that she requested that the photos be taken,...we all know thats a big load of tripe.
Howie together with his trusty sidekick Kristine Erosovich kept Anna so doped up that she would have been lucky to know where she shit last.
She didn't ask for any photos to be taken that time anymore than she did when $tern filmed her in clown makeup while he gushed on and on about how much money that footage would be worth in the future.
As for the twisted comments about Daniel being the father of Dannilynn,...look asshole that may be how it works in your OWN family however that is not the case at all throughout the rest of America,...nor was that the case with Dannilynn.
We all love Anna because she is one of our own and remains so to this day regardless of her addictions.

Mr. Howard Stern (the lawyer friend of Nicole's) is no relation to the shock radio personality, even though the latter has made some jokes about their name similarities.

The notion is that Mr. Stern was seen leaving both scenes of death with either an empty vial, or a small plastic bag that was flushed down the toilet.

Mr. Birkhead is a very handsome man, and he was probably little more than a photogenic friend of Anna's. Pretty people belong on yatchs, and in billionaire-bunnies bedrooms, as do murderers, unfortunately.

Too bad the "plastic people" couldn't get along, dead bunnies are bad for Easter.

As for Mark Hatten, his biggest bombshell to drop on the case stems from an allegation that Stern started giving Hatten antidepressants back in March 200, after Hatten complained of depression. Hatten, who earlier claimed that he might be the father of young Dannielynn, said in court documents obtained by TMZ, that Stern "absolutely tried to murder" Hatten by injecting him full of a "toxic blend" of drugs and narcotics, despite the fact Hatten was already in a "drug-induced comatosed state of mind."

"Hollywood" Hatten also claimed that Howard K. Stern "did his very best" to change the details of the incident to make it appear as those it was an accidental overdose, "n an attempt to remove Hatten from the life of both fiancée Anna Nicole Smith and her son Daniel Wayne Smith." The court documents state that Hatten awoke two days after the alleged incident, surrounded by both Smiths as he lay in a bathtub full of ice.

Hatten has claimed more than just the attempted murder, as he told the court in his filing that Howard K. Stern had engaged in an "ongoing pattern of severe violations of human rights." One such incident happened in March 2002 when Hatten had packed up his belongings as was moving out of town. He called the Smith residence numerous times before being told by Howard K. Stern that he called the police. Based on the statement, "I'm coming over packing my stuff, made by Hatten, Stern informed the police that Hatten was coming over with a gun, which would become the basis of his stalking trial and conviction.
