I can't join in with all the moaning about the kids' welfare. In every picture I've seen they look retarded, exactly what you'd expect given the parents. Kevin is probably trying to act like a good parent to get some financial reward out of it, but that's good enough for them. Brandish, you're right, it may be a double standard in some ways, but that's the way life is. Children need their mothers. That's why we women have breasts and lactate, to care for our young. I had my son at the age of 24 and spent the whole first year of his life with him every night and every day. No clubs, not bars, no parties. (and I was a hardcore partier before I conceived) But it is not hard to be there for your child. The first time I went out to party was well after his first birthday. Women across the country raise their children every day. You don't go for 3 day benders when you have toddlers at home. It's selfish and irresponsible.
