Lindsay Lohan has been quietly moving all her stuff out of her apartment at the Sierra Towers in LA because the place is reportedly too wild for her new reformed lifestyle. Gatecrasher reports:
"The Sierra Towers is party central," says an insider. "Lindsay has made the decision not to be around that when she gets out."
I really doubt Lindsay Lohan is capable of making decisions this responsible. Sure, she might be moving out of Sierra Towers, but knowing her, she probably got distracted by some balloons and elephants and decided to move into a traveling circus.

Extra exclamation marks are no substitute for a correctly used single quote mark. Notice that proper capitalization and end of sentence periods are also helpful.
