Ivanka Trump, the Vice President of real estate development and acquisitions for her father's company, says there's no way she'd co-host The View even though Page Six reported she was among the candidates being considered to replace Rosie O'Donnell. During an interview with Ryan Seacrest on KIIS FM today, Ivanka said:

"There's zero chance I would do that. I'm working on the sexiest projects around the world. So to me to be on a television show every single day at a designated period of time just wouldn't work for my schedule."

I'm not entirely sure what kind of sexy projects Ivanka Trump is working on. She's in real estate so, you know, that's kind of weird. She probably shows up to meetings and everybody is in business suits and she's wearing a push-up bra and pink robe. Although I still find it hard to believe somebody this attractive came from Donald Trump. It's like finding out Jessica Alba's dad is Jabba the Hutt.

She's right though, the view would be a step down. It's just a bunch of house wives sitting around bitching about politics. I don't know if sexy would be the right word to describe working in real estate, but I'm sure there are glamourus aspects to her job. But I don't think anyone should praise her for being a great role model because it's not like she had to work her ass off in school, or any other area of life to get where she's at right now, it's been as good as handed to her on a silver platter.

I think her modeling, plastic surgery, and debatable "hotness" are all kinda weird - she's like the episode of Seinfeld where Jerry has a girlfriend who looks good under certain lighting conditions but startlingly ugly at other times. She's got a strange angular face so maybe photo shoot magic can happen, as with other models who look sharply awful in regular candid shots.

But otherwise she doesn't belong with the rest of the rich and famous childtards. She's not dumb (hardly...by all accounts, her summa cum laude at Wharton was earned, and not due to a professor she made sooner cum loudly). She's seemed pretty serious and ambitious for quite some time - she was the only kid who didn't deserve to be gutted in the HBO doc "Rich Kids" filmed back when she was in high school. But, she's getting annoying in direct proportion to how much time she now spends with her dad on the job (he probably calls his projects "sexy" all the time, and fires people who don't talk that way). He's a pretty toxic guy.
