Jun 4 2007Paris Hilton officially in jail

Paris Hilton reported to the Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood Sunday night at 11:38 PM to serve her 23 days for violating probation. In a statement released by her lawyer she says:
"I am ready to face the consequences of violating probation. During the past few weeks I have had a lot of time to think and have come to realize I made some mistakes. This is an important point in my life and I need to take responsibility for my actions. In the future, I plan on taking more of an active role in the decisions I make. I want to thank my family, friends and fans for their continued support. Although I am scared, I am ready to begin my jail sentence."
The procedure at the Lynwood jail required her to surrender all her possessions and then be strip searched before being issued a uniform. And all that cell mate stuff was bullshit, because apparently she's getting a cell by herself and "will be segregated, in a special housing unit, from the general population during her stay at CRDF to ensure her safety as well as the safety of the jail staff." People reports:
Hilton will spend approximately 23 hours a day in a 12-by-8-foot cell containing two bunks, a table, a sink, a toilet and a small window, with one hour for recreation. She will eat her meals in the cell. She could also leave her cell to meet with her attorney or to attend classes.
So basically she's in a cell which she can either stay in or leave, she doesn't have to interact with any inmates, and she gets one hour of recreation a day. Is this even considered prison anymore? They could send her to space camp and it'd be a harsher punishment.

What do they mean by classes?
5. Gull Ible - June 4, 2007 10:11 AM
No way! That earlier story about hand-picking her cellmate was made-up crap fed to celeb watchers who'll believe anything? I'm stunned.
6. Fawlty - June 4, 2007 10:12 AM
This will be great for her gangsta rap cred.
7. Fawlty - June 4, 2007 10:12 AM

8. HerpesHilton - June 4, 2007 10:14 AM
So greasy, so skanky... how did she manage to get her mugshot to look trashier than a cheap hooker's mugshot?
9. Chauncey Gardner - June 4, 2007 10:14 AM
I hope they de-loused her FIRST BLOOD-style before letting her in. I mean, who knows what kinds of plague-bearing super-cooties all those poor criminals will be subjected to over the next 23 days?
10. it's me fuckers!! XD - June 4, 2007 10:15 AM
She should have a cellmate with the name 'Big Bertha' or 'Dutch Dyke Donna'. I would love to see her become someone's bitch, lol. Knock her off of that stupid high horse she has herself on.
11. Griff Mills - June 4, 2007 10:16 AM
Our prayers are with her
12. NicotineEyePatch - June 4, 2007 10:17 AM
Must have been funny for the guards when she took her clothes off - "Paris, this is still the main entrance, we didn't ask you to strip yet, we just wanted you to state your name..."
13. sample shopper - June 4, 2007 10:18 AM
The MTV awards were priceless. She should be squirming.
14. FattyMcCake - June 4, 2007 10:20 AM
What a joke.
I still wish she would have got the full sentence.
15. Binky - June 4, 2007 10:20 AM
"A 12-by-8-foot cell ?" Paris was overheard saying to police officials. " All mine are a lot smaller that. I told my BBF's to cut down on the phone calls - the ring-tone's probably really loud with that thing.
16. getyourhandoutofmycat - June 4, 2007 10:20 AM
I hope the wardens hate her and all take turns to piss in her wonky eye...
17. Sheva - June 4, 2007 10:26 AM
Someone should take her phone and bash in the head with it.
And prison sheets; she should get really long ones that are strong that can be tied easily so she can hang herself.
That will definitely force her cootie critters to leave.

aren't you suppose to now be wearing makeup in your mug shot

I hope they did a full cavity search, had her lift up her boobs, spread her pussy open, and then stuck a finger up her ass - just to make sure she wasn't bringing in any contraband...how humiliating would that have been
20. Pokemon_Johnson - June 4, 2007 10:36 AM

WOW! You're really on top of things.
OLD NEWS! You're BORING!
26. Miserable Bastard - June 4, 2007 10:55 AM
@21
You're confused. It was Paris who said a body cavity search would be mandatory.
27. Miserable Bastard - June 4, 2007 10:58 AM
According to Ms. Hilton's rep, it was also mandatory that her body cavity search be filmed and the distribution rights be auctioned off to the highest bidder.
28. Sheva - June 4, 2007 10:58 AM
Go deeper. I know my sister Nicky shoved it in real far. Can you see it?
29. Big Mama - June 4, 2007 11:06 AM
Wouldn't it be awesome if she gets some homemade jailhouse tattoos. Either, Beverly Hills tattooed on her stomach or thirteen teardrops on her face, one for each day she spent in the Big House.
30. jenster - June 4, 2007 11:24 AM
i dont give a shit that its 11 in the morning, Im popping the champaigne cork.
I've waited long for this, and its finally here.
31. Guy - June 4, 2007 11:32 AM
#3, how is she going to used or abused? She is not going to have any contact with other cell mates.
All thats going to happen from this is Paris earned tons of money from a book describing her traumatic experience.
32. Josh Lavarn - June 4, 2007 11:33 AM
So she's in solitary confinement now? Hopefully she'll be stuck in a cold metal cell the size of a closet in the dark for a month.
33. TYPEKEY SUCKS YAK NUTZ - June 4, 2007 11:53 AM
Man, this is bullshit... I was all primed and ready to post this:
To paraphrase from the timeless classic 'Stone Cold':
"Ah you a yardbird motherfucker, huh?"
"I did my time."
"Pretty motherfucker like you must have done some painful time."
But now to hear that the bitch is just going on a vacation in economy class screws that all up.
Fuck.

"In the future, I plan on taking more of an active role in the decisions I make." What the fsck?
#24 is right, she is in jail, not prison, there is a big difference. In prison you get to smoke cigarettes.

37. 99 probs but bitch aint one - June 4, 2007 12:35 PM
"I plan on taking more of an active role in the decisions I make." Does this sound fucked up and hilarious to anyone else?
Wait a minute, she plans on taking "more of an active role" in the decisions SHE makes? LMFAO this shit is hilarious.
Maybe that really was her own statement, because someone with half a brain wouldn't say something so stupid
38. wedgeone - June 4, 2007 12:51 PM
Well - at the very least, she'll be out of the public eye for 3 weeks (hopefully she won't get early release) and the withdrawl will kill her.
What is this pic Fish posted? Her mug shot? Doesn't look like her at all. They let her keep her ratty hair extensions on & her eye isn't all wonky. WTF?
39. wedgeone - June 4, 2007 12:54 PM
I almost forgot (clicked the old "Post Your Comment" too soon):
At least her blue-colored contact lenses were out. Can't hide your true self anymore Herpes!
I hope that someone breaks into her house and steals them.
I also hope that she's deprived of her Valtrex in the bighouse, so that when she's finally released, she'll look like one big walking coldsore.
40. The Superfish guy is on coke - June 4, 2007 12:54 PM
All this special treatment bullshit and people still have the nerves to "feel sorry" for the MTV owning. In my opinion, that owning is the worst part of her punishment and if it didn't happen then I would feel cheated. I wouldn't be surprised if she'll have food delivered because her "condition" does not allow her to eat jail food.

this is the first thing she couldn't use her money or fame to get her way out of....and yet somehow i still kind of feel sorry for her. i guess its because im thinking about how i would seriously feel if i had to sit in a cell for 23 hours a day, 23 days in a row. and then you think of the people that have killed others and never served time. the judicial system is fucked.
46. Snatchit - June 4, 2007 2:19 PM
I just don't get how this bitch is in this predicament in the first place. The crack-ho is worth MILLIONS so why not hire a fucking limo when going out drinking? Oh, that's right... She's fucking STUUUPID!

What am I going to do now!!
Paris is in Jail. There will no more news about her for 23 days!!!
No News for 23 days.
Get Paris out we need to have more news about her!!
Well at least so many people are saying.
49. KatieKates - June 4, 2007 2:36 PM
What are they going to talk about on this site for a month without Paris? Dang.
50. Charli - June 4, 2007 3:06 PM
PULEESE. First of all she is in jail, NOT prison. All high profile people are housed in High Power cellblocks and not with general population. Since the hardest part of doing time is the other inmates, she will have an easy sail. The deputies will fawn over her like they do all celebrties. That strip search did not include a squat and cough like the rest of us, I can assure you.
I speak from first hand experience when I tell you that she will have it so easy. Plus, the women do not act like the men, are no where near as aggressive and she won't be exposed to them anyway.
It will only be hard for her becaue she is ued to such pampered luxury, so she won't want to repeat the experience. But no way will any harm come to her and the deputies will wear themselves out doing favors for her, trust me on that one.
51. Voz - June 4, 2007 3:13 PM
You people are seriously fucked up. It's one thing to think someone's a self-indulgent psychotic airhead with a God complex, which Paris certainly seems to be, and another altogether to wish that person would die. What's she ever done to you?
Look at our politicians and business elites...many of these people are actually making off with your tax dollars and then using them to screw you over in their own interest. But apparently the big object of public hatred is some celebrity wannabe ditz? Jesus fucking Christ.
52. Ms. Featherbottom - June 4, 2007 4:49 PM

55. noangel - June 4, 2007 5:21 PM
@51 -- What has she done to me?
I'm forced to see her ugly, overly spoiled face every time I go to the goddamn grocery store. She is a 26 year old woman with no talent, no ambition and no class. She adds nothing of any true value to society. She is an empty-headed joke of a human being who decided to be a menace to all innocent drivers in LA when she decided to drink herself shit-faced and drive around. My neice lives not far from there, and she is a college student. That college student was raised with far more sense and class than this vapid piece of worthless crap.
As far as that insipid statement about taking a more active role in her decisions, well, who the fuck makes your decisions for you? At 26 that should be your responsiblity and no one elses -- therefore you can't blame anyone else when the bad decisions you have made blow up in your face.
That's what she's done to me. Used up precious oxygen that I have to breate in, too. A total waste of skin, and her parents should be deeply, deeply ashamed of this twat. They made her to be what she is. Pure and utterly worthless to society.
56. Dillinger - June 4, 2007 7:12 PM
Man...when I used to go to summer camp, we didn't get to talk on the phone or watch tv at all.
57. THEODORE PANNULLO - June 4, 2007 10:18 PM
Wouldn't it be something if Paris comes out a changed person? She becomes the new Diana and champions all sorts of poor charities? And she actually does something worthwhile with her rich, wasted life other than fuck the media night and day? Just thinking...
58. rindumoira - June 4, 2007 10:45 PM
@55 - Bravo. *applauds* Couldn't have said it better myself.
While the idea of Paris Hilton in a polyester jump suit and having to go 23 days without her booze, sex or money, makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside... I'm annoyed that she gets to have her OWN DAMN CELL. Sheesh... all because she's famous. What a whore.
Eh. Even if the punishment isn't as severe as it should be, it still makes me smile. :)
59. hahah - June 4, 2007 11:32 PM

62. Cheeks - June 5, 2007 1:24 AM
What really pisses me off, is that if a normal person did this, they would be hanged. But it's Paris Hilton so, "What the fuck! 23 days Paris. I do hope that's not too harsh."
63. kera - June 5, 2007 4:46 AM
This selfcentered bitch should be in jail longer than 23 days.
Anyone else drinks and drives, they're UNDER the fucking jail. But she does it and it's ok? LiLo in jail too? No, but the bitch had coke in her car AND hit a tree.
What did they do to me 51? They fucking get away with murder, that's what they do. It's more pissed at the justice system than them although you're supposed to be a role model and look how you're acting (role models are in short supply -_-). They do shit that any other bipedal homo sapien COULD NOT get away with and then get special treatment. I don't feel sorry for her at all, she's just going to write a book about it and talk about how her experiance changed her and then start fuckin', suckin' and flashin' like she usually does.
64. todd - June 5, 2007 9:09 AM
Paris isn't serving time in prison, she is serving time in jail. When someone goes to prison they serve +1 yr.

meanwhile she's in some super hilton suite parting. and making a new film on a special set... One Night in Paris Jail.
It's scheduled for release doe XMas.
68. blush - June 5, 2007 1:04 PM
yall obviously have not been to jail. if you had, you'd realize shes getting the bare minimum. being put in administrative segregation is a punishment for those in population. it makes perfect sense for paris to be in ad seg because if she were in population it would only cause problems for jail staff. i promise she's getting her just deserts, and being treated worse than regualar population. the fact that shes only has 23 days is becuase of the 2 for 1 misdemeanor rule. this is a common rule for large prison systems, like california and texas, where they are trying to get low level criminals in and out due to prison overcrowding. shes getting what was coming to her. and im glad.
69. ces - June 5, 2007 4:05 PM
I keep hearing "what is Paris changes while she's in there? I hope she learns her lesson," blah blah blah.
It doesn't matter if she's really going to jail or she's pretending to be scared or what. Because of that sex tape, we will never ever, ever, ever except any other image of Paris Hilton. Even if she tries to change, we won't let her. We want her this way. This is the way we've come to see her and it's cemented in our jealous/star-struck little brains.
That's probably why she numbs herself off emotionally.
How would you feel if you had no control over your self-image? If everyone else decided for you who you were? Her parents when she was young, her public as an adult.
This is our Paris.
70. Ferr - June 5, 2007 6:05 PM
I hope that the prisoners dont do anything to her in the jail, because she dont deserve to be imprisoned.
Paris is a star and deserves to be treated like so. She dont have to go imprisoned, because although some people deny it, she is PARIS HILTON and that mark an important difference with any common person, is much more important that any stupid law.
She must have privileges, anyway respect her idea of not having a cell pays, although I dont share it. Desire that hopefully these 23 days will have been for her very slight and fast, to return to her life to be as well as she is: A TOTALLY DIVA.

#64, FYI you can go to prison for less than 1 year, i know because i served 9 mos in Fed Prison for less than what Paris did, Justice system is screwed up for sure. Also, there is no smoking allowed in prison anylonger that goes for the guards too!. lol... This is a jail time, 23 hours lockdown. which means she can not leave the cell. try staying in a room that size knowing you can not leave. Its a shame she is not in with general population, cause believe me there can be some mean 'bitches' in jail and prison. She should have had to serve the complete 45 days. Never heard of before people getting days off before they even started their sentence. What a Farce!... Anyway, no matter who you are or how much money you have the laws should be the same. Maybe then they would quit acting like spoiled shits. That goes for LiLo too! I used to like her, but no more. Another waste.
77. britney - June 6, 2007 3:45 PM
What is wrong with you people? Paris is in jail and your happy about it. What has she ever done to you? If you were in jail would you like people talking shit about you? you are all just jealous of her. I think she is a nice, smart, and truthful girl. She may not be perfect but she is human. When you put down people it just makes you seem like a lowlife loser.
78. Neferi the devil chaser - June 6, 2007 4:25 PM
@ 77 What's wrong with people? I wonder why these comments always seem to appear at the end where no one will be looking and likely to respond. Anyone who does not fight back against this deserves to be oppressed.

before goinG to jail,PH said that it would be a good lesson for her and that she would change. not only she was by herself in a cell but now, after 4 days, she is out of the prison for medical reason...what a joke !!! and what a shame ! I wonder how you can trust that kind of justice system.

To be honest, 45 (or something) days seemed a bit much for violating probation. I am not defending her, she's very stupid and very pointless, but I think 23 days sounds reasonable. She's annoying, but that doesn't mean she deserves to die or be in jail for 2 months.
