Martha was treated better- as far as I remember, she had her own cell and she had a 'real bed' instead of one of the cots.. and she had like, private/personal time to shower/pee on her own. And she was in some special area where they didn't have the open side with the bars, it was a door with a window in it. So, really, it was kind of like a resort, but a smaller room. There was some article about it, or something..

This special treatment stuff for the super rich can only be attacked one way- in the political field. Pressure your politicians, get involved in campaigning and make it an issue.
