All I have to say is I am diagnosed with Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), which includes stress, anxiety, and depression. I hope that she is getting help, like me, for her depression and is not suicidal. The other comments here are mean to say the least. What depressed people need is support, even tough love, but not judgmentalism. Just remember that when you are at your lowest, and you will be, that you, like her, will need all the positivity you can get.
