IMO, with most drugs, you can tell by the person's behavior, if not by their eyes (a dead give-away). Coke pupils are pinpoint tiny even in the lowest light and X/heroine pupils are so dilated the people look like fuckin' deer. Let's not even get into the tooth grinding. I don't think it takes a genius to detect drug use. The purpose of drugs is to alter reality. If it didn't change how the user felt (and therefore acted), why would they even bother?
