48, actually the first photos showed she was blonde. Her hair magically darkened about a week later -- probably ANS and Stern dyed it to try to make it look like Birkhead wasn't the dad. Hair dye would be the least toxic chemical that poor child was exposed to.

I don't care if OJ did the killing or not. But he went to court and was found not guilty so how can any other court civil or not decide he was guilty without it being considered double jeopardy.
