While I agree the one-liner about "who's gonna build" it could be thought up by many, Mencia has "borrowed" from other comics many times. It is well known in comedy circles that Mencia rips other comedians off. Comedians have a generally low standard of ethics when it comes to what they say on stage, but stealing is forbidden. That's their line, and Mencia crossed it a long time ago. Mencia is a belligerent, untalented ass who was only hired by Comedy Central because they needed an "ethnic" comedian after the vastly superior Dave Chappelle left the network. Mencia doesn't "tell it like it is". Not that I want to be confused as an authority on Rogan, or even some sort of big fan for that matter, but to set straight some of the confusion, Rogan is a tae kwon do master, was a black belt at the age of like 15, won the US Open Tae Kwon Do championship, and as the lightweight champion went on to beat both the middle and heavyweight champions to obtain the Grand Championship. So I guess the guy does have some credibility in claiming that he can kick some ass.

Neither one of these guys is an actual comedian. Rogan is a midget who plays a tough guy, and Mencia is a sneering, shouting thug who tries to act like a comedian. Calling a hispanic-american a thief is like calling the sun hot - DUH.

The whole thing of building a wall to keep the mexicans out is something the government has been trying to do for a long time. Rogan, the guy who's jokes are dry getting attention because he can't do it anywhere else and is in need of anger management attacks the comedian that I somewhat like, but still think the same jokes are repeated. I've hated Rogan for the longest time and I thought the battle between the kid and him on myspace was the most hilarious thing, but this. What some people will go out their way to argue about. I thought up a couple of funny jokes on my own and told them to people. I don't really care if my name is mentioned every time. If I see the joke performed on a comedy act and the comedian taking credit for it, it might make me feel a bit of anger. But come on! I wouldn't buy a couple of tickets to comedy central and get ever so emotional about the whole thing. It's just a joke! A bunch of words somebody thought up and think it will make them more popular by sharing and taking credit for them.
