HKS is the executor of her will which makes it so that he cannot benefit from her will in any way. He will get some of her inheritance from the Marshalls as he is the attorney for her on that case, but he would have gotten that anyway. Also now an attorney will have to be appointed for Danielynn (other than anyone already involved) for that case since she is a minor and they will get an additional precentage of the inheritance. So he will not really benefit from ANS death since he will now get less of what he would have originally. Also, whoever is declared the father will most likely not have any access to the money anyways because it will most likely be placed in a trust for Danielynn to get when she is an adult.
