I actually think she does have an hourglass figure. Her top goes out and her waist goes in, then her hips go back out. A pear shape is, as someone said, more like Christina Aguilera. Her waist is small but so are her shoulders, whereas Mischa's shoulders are as broad as her hips. On a pear shape, the waist wouldn't be as defined as Mischa's is.

I still think she'd look better if she gained just a few more pounds.
