I think what I am most bothered by about this story is the fact that Nicole Richie was driving a corolla, I mean I know she wasn't crazy famous in 2002 but she was still Lionel Richie's daughter....could Dancing on the Ceiling and other timeless classics not buy his baby at least a Camry?

She ain't going to jail... she'll get a suspended sentence and do community service. Her pricey attorney will plead it down to something else. That's the thing about the law, you can always work it if you have enough money.
