Paris Hilton gets served
Brian Quintana, a friend of Hilton boy-toy Stavros Niarchos, has served Paris with a "cease and desist" letter, claiming that her incessant trash-talking of him around Hollywood is "ruining his reputation and interfering with his business relationships."
It goes on to say "We would expect Ms. Hilton to understand the danger of making false statements against others." Quintana's claims the feud with Hilton intensified during an American Music Awards after-party where, he says, "Ms. Nightlife herself ordered security at Club Privilege to remove all of Niarchos' pals from the club."
This guy's worried about his reputation? If your claim to fame is being the friend of some guy who banged Paris Hilton, the only thing you should worry about is sitting beside him in the hot tub. I don't see what the problem is anyway. This is Paris Hilton. Unless she's talking about 1) the miracle of Christmas herpes, 2) her 500 favorite places to have sex (#1 - "in the butt"), nobody's gonna believe her.

If I was this clown I wouldn't be worried about what a bent pole shaped like a human wearing pseudo tanned flesh substitute thought about me. Instead, he should be trying to save his buddy from the plethora of diseases he has no doubt been exposed to.

This is why this slut got kicked from LAX. The friends I know who live out there said they used to see her all the time but they don't since that thing with Nicole and AM broke out.
This walking health class film should go back to NY where they appreciate whores of her stature a little more.

Deja vu all over again! About 10 years ago, Brian Quintana filed a similar lawsuit against Stefanie Powers. (She won!) The accusations were strikingly similar to those he is throwing at Paris. Nancy

Don't know anything of relevance about Ms. Hilton but I do have the misfortune of knowing this Brian Quintana character who is no stranger to the legal system. Quintana gives new meaning to sketch -- a perverse closeted 37 yr old who embezzles money from his many so-called charity events and clients; who repeatedly mispreresents and exploits his relationships with powerful people. Go look at his creepy website to get a sense of how he represents himself. Hollywood should have a restraining order against him... (IMHO)
