I have to say I was not shocked to hear the news like most of you, but I agree that it is sad. In all reality none of us "know" Jessica or Nick. Who knows why they split. It could be a number of things, but what I do know is that YES when you get married you make a vow to God and to everyone in that room. For better or WORSE! I don't know why celebs don't understand that getting married is no joke to us real life people. Being a 23 year old married woman for 5 years and having 2 toddlers, I find it amazing that us Average Joe's are somehow able to stay married! Us normal folk understand that life isnt about fame and money. I have to disagree that Jessica could get any guy she wants while Nick can't get anyone. The fact that he patiently put up with her retardation for three years, didn't act like a total dick despite her looking and acting more and more like a stripper each day, and remained a somewhat normal guy (i.e. did not become K Fed.) makes him EXTREMELY appealing to a lot of girls.
