I'm not really into the whole twins fantasy myself, but I know there are a lot of incestuous freaks out there who get off on the idea of being with twins. That said, here's a nice gallery of Hollywood celebrities if they had been born twins. And if these photoshopped pictures don't do it for you, here's a photoshopped fake of two actual twins. I guess internet geeks have gotten over the completely unrealistic fantasy of having celebrities pose in hardcore pornography, and have settled for less graphic fakes instead. I actually prefer these more realistic fakes since it's more convincing to see the Olsen twins posing in sexy outfits than to see Britney Spears participating in a midget gangbang.
